Fuel Cell Test and Evaluation Center (FC Tec) - the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Fuel Cell Test and Evaluation Center (FCTec) is a National Resource facility for the independent, unbiased testing and validation of fuel cell power systems for both military and commercial applications.

GREENTIE - Greenhouse Gas Technology Information Exchange (GREENTIE), is an electronic directory that contains information about suppliers of technologies, services, research, and data relevant to the mitigation of greenhouse gases. It is a program of the International Energy Agency, supported by the U.S. Department of Energy and Oak Ridge National Laboratory provides technical assistance. GREENTIE concluded in March 2005 but this web site will remain live to provide access to the wide range of information collected since 1995.

Hydrogen and the Materials of a Sustainable Energy Future - hydrogen education site hosted by Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Hydrogen, Fuel Cells & Infrastructure Technologies Program - program of the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy. Working with partners to accelerate the development and successful market introduction of hydrogen and fuel cell technologies.

Hydrogen Fuel Initiative (HFI) - the Federal government's central source of information on R&D activities related to hydrogen and fuel cells.

Innovative Clean Air Technologies - ICAT is an Air Resources Board program that co-funds the demonstration of innovative technologies that can reduce air pollution. Its purpose is to advance such technologies toward commercial application, thereby reducing emissions and helping the economy of California.

National Energy Technology Laboratory - a part of the Office of Fossil Energy at the U.S. Energy Department, NETL and its industrial partners are working on Phosphoric Acid Fuel Cell power plants, Molten Carbonate Fuel Cell power plants, Solid Oxide Fuel Cell power plants, and a variety of other related technologies.

National Renewable Energy Laboratory - one of the United States' national laboratories, it is researching hydrogen production and storage, and working on hybrid electric vehicles.

Oak Ridge National Laboratory - one of the United States' national laboratories, working with the Department of Energy on accelerating the development and deployment of sustainable energy technologies.

Ohio Third Frontier Project - to position Ohio as a national leader in the growing fuel cell industry, Governor Bob Taft unveiled a $100 million, 3-year initiative to invest in research, project demonstration and job creation.

South Coast Air Quality Management District - funds research and development of clean air technologies, including fuel cells for transportation.
